Dal-Tile Relocates to New Elk Grove Village Warehouse

Dal-Tile secured a long-term lease at the 115,040-square-foot building at 1601 Pratt Ave. in Elk Grove Village. The decision to move from its current Elk Grove Village location was based on its need for a larger facility and a corner location on Route 83. This building will undergo substantial renovations to accommodate Dal-Tile's growth and efficiency requirements. Dal-Tile is scheduled to move in this summer.
