Maker of Dixie Paper Plates To Serve Up Product's First Factory in Three Decades

One of the largest U.S. paper and pulp companies is serving up jobs in rural West Tennessee with a factory to make Dixie paper plates that marks its first new plant in more than three decades for the product.
