Home improvement retailer Home Depot unveiled plans Tuesday to hire about 1,500 workers as it opens its 1.5 million-square-foot distribution facility in Dallas, a key hub in the company's expanded U.S. supply chain network to bring same-day and next-day delivery of online purchases to 90% of households in the United States.
