Telly Wilcox and Felicia Glass-Wilcox, owners of the marriage chapel at the nation's biggest mall, sold five small multifamily properties scattered across north and east St. Paul. The portfolio sold for $5.3 million on Feb. 10, according to sales documents on file with the state of Minnesota. The properties involved in the sale include:
