CoStar News's Paul Norman hosted a roundtable discussion with a panel of lending experts, centring on the changing environment for real estate lending, given rising interest rates and worsening economic conditions.
The debate took in a range of developing trends including how the lines between credit and equity are being blurred, where returns and margins are heading and whether multi- and single-family are becoming their own asset classes in the UK.
