Mrs. Winners' LP sold 26 Mrs. Winners' Chicken and Biscuits restaurants to SunTrust Equity Funding LLC and LFR Lawrenceville Suwanee LLC for a total of $10.5 million, or approximately $195 per square foot. Seventeen of the fast food restaurants went to SunTrust Equity and nine went to LFR Lawrenceville Suwanee.
