Utica Avenue Hotel Opens for Business Just a Few Days Later

The newly constructed Howard Johnson Hotel at 599 Utica Ave. in Brooklyn sold for $9.88 million, or approximately $139,155 per room. The ink had barely dried on the transaction when the property opened for business just a few days later. Suresh N. Patel of Saanya Hospitality LLC purchased the property from Ajay Patel of Utica Avenue Hotel LLC (75% interest) and Khandubhai Patel of Shivbhakti LLC (25% interest).
