Commercial investment pulls back near decade-long average in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Industrial and retail sectors lead investment volume for 2024

With only a few weeks left in 2024, commercial property sales in Grand Rapids, Michigan, have reached $864 million, marking a 53% decline from the 2022 peak of $1.8 billion. Although industrial sales volume consistently led among property segments since 2020, this year's retail sales volume of $325 million has slightly surpassed industrial sales.
