At least a quarter of Brooks Brothers’ brick-and-mortar stores could be saved from the dustbin if a judge approves a $325 million bid from Simon Property Group and Authentic Brands Group on Friday to purchase the 200-year-old retailer out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
