Q City, a laminate manufacturer based outside of the United States, has inked a deal for its first space in the country: a manufacturing property in Otay Mesa, a submarket of San Diego. Q City purchased California property — which was vacant at the time of sale — from a private individual for $5.2 million, or $260 per square foot.
