In a press release, 6e Sens Immobilier announced the signature of a Befa agreement with "a leading player in local retailing" for its entire 18,600 m² development in the commune of Le Bignon, south of Nantes. The identity of the lessee, under a firm 12-year lease, was not disclosed by the Lyon-based group founded by Nicolas Gagneux.
