Novaya Real Estate Ventures and Wheelock Street Capital sold a fully leased flex building at Andover Tech Center in Andover, Massachusetts, to CCIT II, a publicly registered non-listed real estate investment trust sponsored by affiliates of CIM Group, for $26 million, or about $202 per square foot.
