In another twist in the ongoing battle to take Hudson’s Bay Co. private, the retailer nixed Catalyst Capital Group’s unsolicited $2 billion bid for the namesake and Saks Fifth Avenue stores, claiming “it’s not reasonably capable of being consummated.”
