Keystone Enterprises has reportedly condoed its industrial building at 122-148 Pleasant St. in Easthampton, Massachusetts, and sold a 90,000-square-foot portion of the building to East Coast cannabis distributor Insa for nearly $2.75 million, or about $31 per square foot.
