Souldriver LP, an affiliate of LaSalle Hotel Properties, purchased the 235-room, 191,409-square-foot Hotel Solamar at 435 6th Ave. in downtown San Diego. JMIR-Boutique Hotel LLC, an affiliate of Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group LLC, sold the property for $87 million, or about $370,200 per room.
