BPG Properties purchased the Pierre Laclede Center in Clayton, MO from BayNorth Capital LLC for $75 million, or almost $130 per square foot. The two-building, Class A complex consists of the East Tower at 7701 Forsyth Blvd. and the adjacent West Tower at 7733 Forsyth Blvd.
