Polish Vodka, Belvedere, is infused with warming spices as its base. It is then complimented with Rare Tea cellars cranberry-apple tea while layers of flavors are built with the addition of an apple cider shrub. This cocktail comes to life as you sip it with bursts of cranberry, spice and everything nice. This will surely get you in the festive spirit," said Stephanie Aguilera, bartender at The Gwen Hotel.

Ocean Casino Resort
Name of Drink: Santa's Little Helper
Key Ingredients: Baileys Red Velvet Cupcake, Absolut Vodka and cream with a candy cane garnish.
Inspiration for Drink: “Every year I look forward to seeing the seasonal innovations that are released by the large spirits companies and this year Diageo/Baileys Irish Cream [already a staple at this time of year] released the Baileys Irish Cream Red Velvet Limited Edition in partnership with the renowned Georgetown Cupcake. We couldn't wait to use this item and therefore the Santa's Little Helper cocktail was born. The inspiration was a play on a classic White Russian, but here, along with Absolut Vodka we used the Red Velvet Baileys, where typically you would see coffee liqueur, finishing with a splash of cream for additional richness. The garnish is a candy cane because nothing is more festive! We named the cocktail this because we imagined Santa himself might enjoy it in place of traditional milk and cookies that he might find left on the fireplace — thus literally Santa's Little Helper," said Warren Richards, senior vice president, food and beverage, at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
St. Louis Union Station Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton
Name of Drink: You'll Shoot Your Eye Out
Key Ingredients: chocolate shake, sugar cookie, Kit Kat, candy cane, whipped cream and a cherry.
Inspiration for Drink: "Ralphie may not have wanted to drink his Ovaltine, but you certainly will with this chocolate overstuffed shake served in a leg lamp glass," said a Hilton spokesperson.
The Asbury
Name of Drink: Gettin' Blitzen
Key Ingredients: gin, sweet veremouth, campari, rosemary syrup, lemon juice, orang juice, egg white and smoked rosemary sprig.
Inspiration for Drink: "When thinking about holiday specific cocktails, I wanted to merge two classic cocktails. The ‘Gettin’ Blitzen’ has the base of a Negroni, a novelty in the cocktail world. The brightness of the campari already creates a festive appearance, but I changed it up by introducing rosemary, a great winter flavor and a splash of orange juice to cut the bitterness of the Campari. In order to achieve a certain richness to the cocktail, I added egg whites, which is how the original sour was concocted. All blended together, it makes for a well-balanced and festive take on the classics," said Brittany Santore, bar manager at The Asbury.
