Two casinos in downtown Henderson have sold to a Las Vegas-based private entity specializing in gaming and hospitality management. The two properties, totaling approximately 33,804 square feet, sold for $10,000,000 or $295.82 per square feet. Emerald Island Casino, located at 120 Market St., and Rainbow Club, located at 122 S Water St., both offer frontage on Water Street and are integral parts of the district of Henderson community. One of the two properties, Emerald Island, recently celebrated its 20-year anniversary with more than 3,00 locals and tourists in attendance.
