As part of revitalization efforts, Honolulu’s Department of Land and Management has acquired 3.8 acres encompassing 866 Iwilei Road, 850 Iwilei Road and 505 Ka’a’ahi St. from Iwilei Center LLC, at an investment of $51,500,000. The city pledges to honor existing leases at Iwilei Road while also extending relocation support upon lease expiration.
