RV Park in Heart of Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center Sells for $7.5 Million

Following construction completion in August last year, a private individual has sold Comstock Meadows RV Park to another private entity for $7.5 million or $50,000 per unit. The park is approximately 326,548 square feet and is in the heart of the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center. Located near the intersection of USA Parkway and E Sydney Drive, the RV Park boasts 150 total units with frontage on East Sydney. All 150 spaces have full hook-ups, all on-site facilities have certificates of occupancy and 144 spaces are paved, while six spaces will be delivered without paving.
