The Shops at the Crossings, a 48,244-square-foot strip mall located across the Great Lakes Outlets, recently changed hands in Auburn Hills, Michigan. It was sold by a private entity to a Washington state-based firm, Pacific West Land, for $8.9 million or $185 per square foot.
