Devimco Immobilier and its partners, the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and Fiera Real Estate, have started the first phase of a major mixed-use project on the site of the former Maison de Radio-Canada in Montreal’s Quartier des lumières in the Faubourgs sector of the city.
