Lightstone Enterprises, an Israeli-reporting investment firm controlled by New York-based Lightstone Group, has reached an agreement to purchase a portfolio of 27 multifamily complexes totaling 7,810 housing units in the Detroit metropolitan area from Hartman & Tyner for $1 billion.
