TMG Partners Buys SOMA Square From ING Clarion

San Francisco Mixed-Use Complex Sells in $46 Million Deal

TMG Partners, a San Francisco-based investment group, acquired the mixed-use SOMA Square property, at 875 and 899 Howard St. in San Francisco, from ING Clarion Partners for $46 million, or nearly $153 per square foot.
