By 2026, the Cité du Cinéma, an emblematic venue for the 7th art located in Saint-Denis, in the heart of the former Olympic Village, will become a space for entertainment and innovation. At a press conference at the top of the Pleyel Tower on Wednesday February 5, La Nef Lumière, a subsidiary of Banque des Territoires - Groupe Caisse des Dépôts and Vinci Immobilier, represented by Colliers Global Investors France, revealed that the Cité du Cinéma will be managed by Seine et Watts, a young Paris-based company with expertise in the production of corporate events, exhibitions, symposia and conferences. A future completion lease for a minimum of ten years to operate 12,000 m² of the site has been signed. Business Immo reports.
