Media giant Warner Bros. Discovery, the anchor tenant at Related Co.’s 30 Hudson Yards in New York, is subleasing some space to two tenants relocating to the trophy mixed-use tower in the latest sign of new or renovated Manhattan properties attracting demand in a tough office market.
