After the signature of a Vefa, it's time to act. Linkcity, which sold its 4-star hotel project in Saint-Ouen to the Burgundy-based Central 1928 group under a "vente en l'état futur d'achèvement", has begun work on the project, located at the intersection of boulevard Victor-Hugo, rue Rosa-Parks and rue Aimé-Césaire; part of a wider urban renewal project, the project is located on two plots of land purchased by Linkcity, one of which until a few months ago housed a dilapidated hotel that was demolished during the summer.
