M&T Realty Capital Corp. has provided a $35 million Freddie Mac Optigo conventional loan to Spinnaker Real Estate Partners to refinance the Platform Sono, a 122-unit apartment complex located at 1 Chestnut St. in Norwalk, Connecticut.
