GPE buys West End headquarters development opportunity

GPE has completed the acquisition of Cypress Dynasty, a vehicle which owns the freehold interest in One Chapel Place, W1, an office next to CBRE's headquarters in London's West End, for £56 million, reflecting £985 per square foot or a 4.4% net initial yield.
