Hersel Torkian's ABH Realty Corp. has acquired a 98,750-square-foot buildable development site at 38-46 W. 33rd St. from ICON Parking for $30 million, or about $304 per buildable square foot. The property currently houses an eight-story parking garage for 325 vehicles.
