San Francisco Firm Buys Mayflower Hotel for $260M

Joint Venture Sells 657-Room Property in CBD of Nation's Capital

Rockwood Capital Corp. of San Francisco, CA, purchased the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel at 1127 Connecticut Ave. NW in Washington, DC, for $260 million, or approximately $395,738 per room. Walton Street Capital LLC, SCS Advisors Inc. and Rockpoint Group LLC sold the property under the name WSRH Washington LLC.
