Black Canyon Plaza Sells Fully Occupied for $3.8 Million

An Arizona-based partnership of Pritpaul Vermani and D.S. Khurana Inc. sold Black Canyon Plaza, a 22,755-square-foot shopping center at 2647 West Glendale Ave. in Phoenix, to F&R Black Canyon Plaza LLC for $3.8 million, or about $166 per square foot.
