Australian industrial developer Goodman Group bought Kimberly-Clark Corp.'s soon-to-be closed tissue factory in Fullerton, California, for $202 million, the year's second-biggest U.S. industrial deal as investments rise in properties that can be converted for processing online shopping orders.
