Tucson Apt. Complex Fetches $30 Million Following Unsuccessful Condo Conversion

Bear Canyon Property Holdings LLC, a Seattle investment group, has paid $30 million for the 238-unit Bear Canyon Apartments in Tucson, AZ. The price rounds out to about $126,000 per unit.
