M&J Wilkow Buys Portion of Wood Village Town Center

Chicago Investor Pays $34.9 Million for 147,288 SF Plus Additional Development Rights

M&J Wilkow Ltd. has acquired a portion of the Wood Village Town Center in Portland's East Columbia Corridor from GM Realty Advisors for $34.9 million, or approximately $182 per square foot. The cap rate was about 6.35%.
