Investment giant TPG Angelo Gordon and General Projects, the real estate developer founded by Jacob Loftus, are in talks to buy The Stratford Centre, the neighbourhood shopping centre opposite the Westfield Stratford mega mall in east London that Frogmore is selling, seeking £106.8 million or a 7% net initial yield.
