Rubenstein Partners, in partnership with New York-based George Comfort & Sons, sold a recently renovated office building that serves as Vineyard Vines' world headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, to a joint venture between The Melohn Group and Drake Street Partners for $33.5 million, or about $368 per square foot.
