Increased Pace of Leased Childcare Facilities Doubles After Recently Enacted Fee Reduction Initiative

Increased demand for childcare services has been one of the many drivers of retail leasing across the metropolitan Vancouver region. The number of new daycare facilities opening in the spring months of this year was 4% higher than the number of new facilities opening in the same period last year.
