After securing investment management firm Hamilton Lane as its lead tenant earlier this year, Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corp. (OTP) has entered into a partnership agreement with American Real Estate Partners (AREP) and Partners Group to develop Seven Tower Bridge, a 260,000-square-foot office building planned for a riverfront site in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
