Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser joined representatives of the development team building the Skyland Town Center mixed-use development on the floor of the Las Vegas Convention Center where the International Council of Shopping Centers is holding its annual conference to announce that discount grocer Lidl will open its first store in Washington, DC.
