San Diego Group Closes on 8 Arby's in Metro Atlanta

Transaction is Part of Larger Fast Food Buy Throughout the Southeast

The Midtown Niki Group of San Diego, CA, last month closed on the acquisition of 11 Arby's restaurants in the southeastern U.S., eight of which were in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. The other three restaurants purchased were in Alabama, South Carolina and Michigan. MNG acquired the properties pursuant to ground leases with RTM, a wholly owned subsidiary of Triac (NYSE:TRY).
