Federal Agency Signs 10-Year Lease in Old Town

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) signed a 31,328-square-foot lease for 10 years at the Carlyle Center, a 175,000-square-foot office building in Alexandria, VA. USPTO is slated to move at the beginning of March 2008.
