Investment Duo Sells 759-Unit Property on Arrow Route

The Ezralow Co. purchased the 127,637-square-foot self-storage complex at 10005 Arrow Route in Rancho Cucamonga from Michael A. and Suzanne E. Giurbino for $11.75 million, or about $15,481 per unit, at a capitalization rate of 6%
