Schroders Buys Office Space Above Klépierre’s Utrecht Mall for €105 Million

UK fund manager Schroders has bought the office space above the Hoog Catharijne shopping centre in Utrecht from French investor Klépierre for €105 million, according to the purchase agreement filed with the Dutch land registry.
