Mission West Properties Inc. (AMEX: MSW) will end its attempt to sell itself if it doesn’t receive an acceptable offer by the end of the month while Los Angeles-based Maguire Properties Inc. (NYSE: MPG) is reported to be entertaining a management-led buyout.
