Carlyle Teams with Means Knaus for 300,000-SF Project

January Ground Break Scheduled for Phase I of Oak Park Office Development

Deep-pocketed Washington, DC-based private equity firm The Carlyle Group, in partnership with Houston-based Means Knaus Partners, announced plans to begin construction in January on One and Two Oak Park, a two-building, $75 million development that will add approximately 300,000 square feet of office space at the 8.4-acre tract near the Beltway 8, Interstate 10 Fwy and US-59 Hwy.
