Santa Ana Office Complex Trades for $9.3 Million

Meridian Value Partners LLC purchased The Arbors, a two-building office complex at 2101-2103 E. 4th St. in Santa Ana, CA. Schmid Investments LP sold the 50,812-square-foot property for $9.3 million, or approximately $183 per square foot.
