Bay Area Remains Bright Spot for Office Rent Growth

Rents for office space in the San Francisco Bay Area are rising at two times the national average. On a year-over-year basis, average asking rents are up roughly 4% in the South Bay and more than 5% in San Francisco and the East Bay. The national average is 2.4%.
