Industrial demand continues to outperform other property types in the Seattle metropolitan area, with two straight quarters of absorption, the difference between move-ins and move-outs, just under 1 million square feet. A swollen pipeline adds pressure in the market, but e-commerce players are demanding large distribution centers and warehouses.
