Japanese Investors Sell 30-Story Office Tower for $161.5 Million

The Ashforth Co., a Stamford, CT-based property investor and developer, in a joint venture with GE Asset Management purchased the 522,000-square-foot Pacwest Center in Portland for $161.5 million, or about $309 per square foot.
